Welcome!About Me
My name is Jason Ding. I am a student pursuing a dual degree in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science and Business Administration
at UC Berkeley's Management, Technology, & Entrepreneurship (M.E.T.) program.
I love to use logic combined with STEM topics to explore new horizons, whether it be solving complex math and computer science problems in competitions such as USAMO and USACO, or working on cool, new projects at internships such as creating an Interlingua corpus and the first Interlingua-English translator, or following personal interests such as designing encryption and decryption programs. However, only working on interesting projects isn't enough for me. I also desire and seek to help others whenever I can. I have relished introducing many of my schoolmates to computer science through founding my High School's Python Club and I have enjoyed my internships to a greater extent because of their positive social impact, such as creating 3D models of cancer cells in mice to help researchers better understand and find a cure for cancer. I am excited to explore more challenging and mind-boggling topics in the future. I strive to make a positive impact with my abilities.
